Job Duties
- Represent Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
- Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- Work with General Managers in assigned area to develop and execute growth plans
- Manage cost controls including food, paper, labor, and operating supplies
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports, analyze data and develop solutions
- Analyze and identify gaps in area operational performance and address them
- Lead the annual area planning process aligning goals with corporate strategic plans
- Communicate company objectives to store management teams via calls, meetings, and electronic communications
- Encourage General Managers to engage in community involvement and local store marketing
- Hire, train and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers
- Facilitate rollout of new programs for the geographic area
- Develop and execute people plans including bench and succession planning
- Create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for guests and employees
- Resolve and prevent employee relations issues in partnership with Human Resources
- Monitor compliance with brand standards, health codes, regulatory requirements and employment laws
- Check equipment and facilities for compliance and take corrective action
- Oversee proper security procedures to protect employees, guests and assets
- Build relationships with support departments and franchisees
- Partner with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches to build brand unity
- Complete and submit all required reports and documentation on time
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
