Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment
- Must meet health regulations related to food handling
- Must be able to work around hazardous chemicals
- Must have sufficient mobility to operate in confined work areas
- Must be able to observe staff and restaurant operations
- Must be able to work both inside and outside the restaurant
- Must be able to operate the point-of-sale system
- Must be able to drive, stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to travel frequently up to 75%, including overnight and airline travel
- Must tolerate extreme temperature changes in kitchen and freezer areas

Job Duties
- Represent Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
- Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- Work with General Managers to develop and execute growth plans
- Manage cost controls including food, paper, labor, and operating supplies
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports, analyze data, and develop solutions
- Identify and address gaps in operational performance
- Lead the annual area planning process
- Communicate company objectives through meetings and electronic communications
- Encourage community involvement and local store marketing efforts
- Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers
- Facilitate new program roll-outs
- Develop and execute people plans focusing on mentoring and succession planning
- Maintain enjoyable and respectful environment for guests and employees
- Resolve employee relations issues and partner with Human Resources
- Monitor compliance with brand standards, health codes, and regulations
- Check equipment and facilities for compliance and take corrective actions
- Oversee security procedures
- Build relationships with support departments and franchisees
- Partner with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches to share best practices
- Complete all reporting and administrative requirements timely
- Perform other assigned duties
