Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or similar leadership roles
- Food Safety Managers Certificate
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently up to 75 percent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient in financial report analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and compliance
- Physical capability for performance of essential job functions

Job Duties
- Represent Vibe Restaurants's Vision, Mission and Core Values
- Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- Develop and execute growth plans with General Managers in assigned area
- Manage cost controls including food, paper, labor, and operating supplies
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports and schedules
- Analyze operational performance gaps and implement solutions
- Lead area annual planning aligning goals with corporate strategy
- Communicate company objectives effectively to store management teams
- Encourage General Managers to engage in community involvement and local marketing
- Hire, train and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers
- Facilitate rollout of new programs in assigned area
- Develop and execute people plans including succession planning and mentoring
- Maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for guests and employees
- Resolve and prevent employee relations issues partnering with Human Resources
- Monitor compliance with brand standards, policies, health codes, and employment laws
- Check equipment and facilities for corporate standards compliance
- Oversee security procedures for protection of employees, guests and assets
- Build relationships with support departments and franchisees
- Partner with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches to share best practices
- Complete all reports and administrative tasks timely
- Perform other duties as assigned
