Job Duties

  • Represent Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
  • Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
  • Work with General Managers in assigned area to develop and execute growth plans
  • Manage cost controls including food, labor, and operating supplies
  • Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports and schedules
  • Analyze data and develop solutions to ensure operating goals are achieved
  • Identify gaps in area operational performance and address them
  • Lead the annual area planning process aligning area goals with corporate plan
  • Communicate company objectives to all store management teams
  • Encourage General Managers to promote Little Caesars through community involvement
  • Hire, train and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers
  • Facilitate successful roll-out of new programs in assigned area
  • Develop and execute people plans reflecting high standards through mentoring and feedback
  • Create and maintain enjoyable and respectful environment for guests and employees
  • Resolve and prevent employee relations issues partnering with Human Resources
  • Monitor compliance with brand standards, policies, health codes and employment laws
  • Check equipment and facilities for compliance to corporate standards
  • Oversee proper security procedures protecting employees, guests, and assets
  • Build relationships with support departments and franchisees
  • Partner with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches to share best practices
  • Complete and submit reports, documentation and administrative requirements timely
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned
