Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Ability to meet performance standards
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old or emancipated minor with documentation
  • Work around high temperatures
  • Work around others in close quarters
  • Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and team member work performance
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
  • Work with various cleaning products
  • Perform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality and speed standards

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of previous restaurant experience
  • 3-5 years in management positions preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience
  • Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management

Job Duties

  • Ensure all team members in the district are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • Evaluate each restaurant’s quality, service, cleanliness standards and provide feedback and coaching
  • Communicate customer comments and concerns to appropriate restaurant manager and follow up
  • Ensure general managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities
  • Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team member performance
  • Evaluate overall performance of general managers and GMITs
  • Provide counseling and discipline when necessary
  • Provide effective training and follow-up on new products, programs, and changes
  • Actively recruit new general managers and GMITs and prepare team members for promotion
  • Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur
  • Support company marketing programs and evaluate local marketing strategies
  • Ensure business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies
  • Serve as a positive role model for business and personnel management
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and follow company approval process
  • Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
