Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week
- strong interpersonal skills

- must be a minimum of 18 years old or emancipated minor with documentation
- work around high temperatures
- work around others in close quarters
- move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and team member work performance
- able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- work with various cleaning products
- perform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality and speed standards
Job Qualifications
- 7-10 years previous restaurant experience
- 3-5 years in management positions, preferably multi-unit including full-service, fast food, or convenience
- financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
Job Duties
- Ensures all team members in the district are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
- evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards and provides regular feedback and coaching on improvement
- communicates all customer comments and concerns to appropriate restaurant managers and follows up for timely resolution
- ensures general managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training, and development opportunities
- trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team members
- evaluates overall performance of general managers and GMITs based on standards
- provides appropriate and effective counseling and discipline
- provides effective training and follow-up on new products, programs, and changes
- actively recruits new general managers and GMITs and ensures team members are prepared for promotion
- analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when financial goals are not met
- supports company-wide marketing programs and evaluates local restaurant marketing strategies
- ensures business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies
- serves as a role model and positive example in business and personnel management
- negotiates vendor contracts and follows company approval processes
- upholds food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of guests and team members
