Job Requirements

  • possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work with others as a team
  • ability to meet performance standards
  • ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • stand for long periods of time
  • must be a minimum of 18 years old or emancipated minor with documentation
  • work around high temperatures
  • work around others in close quarters
  • move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and team member work performance
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
  • work with various cleaning products
  • perform job at a continuous high pace under pressure while maintaining quality and speed standards

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required
  • 3-5 years in management positions preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service fast food or convenience
  • financial planning aptitude including planning budgeting scheduling and P&L management

Job Duties

  • ensure all team members in the district are trained motivated and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • evaluate each restaurant’s QSC standards provide regular feedback and coaching on improvement conduct periodic inspections of the restaurant
  • communicate all customer comments and concerns to the appropriate restaurant manager follow up to ensure they are handled promptly
  • ensure all general managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation training and development opportunities
  • train coach and provide regular performance feedback positive and corrective to motivate and improve the performance of all team members
  • evaluate overall performance of general managers and GMITs based on clearly communicated standards and expectations
  • provide appropriate and effective counseling and/or discipline
  • provide effective training and follow-up of new products programs and changes
  • actively recruit new general managers and GMITs ensure team members are prepared for promotion
  • match skills and abilities of management to restaurant needs to maximize results
  • analyze business performance initiate appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations
  • support company-wide marketing programs evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies developed by the marketing department
  • ensure that business and personnel practices comply with law and company policies and procedures
  • serve as a role model and set a positive example in business and personnel management
  • negotiate vendor contracts for the district and follow company approval processes
  • uphold company food safety food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of guests and team members
