Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of restaurant management or multi-unit experience
  • Proven coaching and training experience
  • Strong business leadership skills
  • Ability to manage profitability and operations of multiple stores
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants

Job Duties

  • Managing and leading a restaurant management team to maintain high guest satisfaction by facilitating safe, clean, high-quality restaurant operations
  • Creating operational plans to support company initiatives and achieve operational excellence while adhering to brand standards
  • Consistently reviewing and responding to guest feedback to address concerns and maintain a strong local community presence
  • Building a team of high-performing team members through proactive recruitment, hiring talented individuals, and ensuring compliance with training programs
  • Making all people-related decisions including performance assessments, coaching plans, and development of restaurant managers via performance management tools
  • Recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments through existing tools and new methods of employee and restaurant recognition
  • Managing restaurant profitability by improving sales, maintaining accurate cash counts, controlling costs, and executing plans to improve food costs and labor efficiency
  • Conducting restaurant audits for business performance and store environment, providing coaching for improvement and goal achievement
  • Ensuring adherence to wage and hour laws for all employees
  • Supporting corporate initiatives through restaurant pilots and feedback programs
  • Conducting weekly meetings with restaurant general managers to review results, communicate changes, and lead improvement efforts
