Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of restaurant management or multi-unit experience
- Proven coaching and training experience
- Ability to manage operations and profitability of multiple stores
- Excellent project management, organizational and scheduling skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants

Job Duties
- Managing and leading a restaurant management team to maintain high guest satisfaction through safe, clean, and quality restaurant operations
- Creating operational plans that support company initiatives for operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Consistently reviewing and responding to guest feedback to address concerns and maintain community presence
- Proactively recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing team members and ensuring compliance with training programs
- Making all people-related decisions including performance assessments, coaching plans, and development of restaurant managers
- Recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments using established and innovative methods
- Managing restaurant profitability through sales improvement, accurate cash counts, controlling costs, and improving food and labor efficiency
- Conducting restaurant audits to evaluate business performance and environment, providing coaching to store management for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws for all employees, particularly minors
- Supporting corporate initiatives through restaurant pilots and feedback
- Conducting weekly meetings with Restaurant General Managers to review results, communicate changes, and lead improvement efforts
