Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, carry, bend, stretch, twist, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of frequent walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to climb frequently 34%-66% of an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to work weekends and travel when required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Monitoring and managing expenses and payroll
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High school degree required
- 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and delight customers and foster a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated success driving results through selling strategies and employee motivation
- Positive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media
- Ability to identify and communicate business-impacting macro or micro trends
- Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events as required
Job Duties
- Lead a team to create a hospitable environment for store associates and customers
- Develop strategic leadership and business acumen in store leaders
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building behaviors
- Partner with senior field leadership and business partners to execute company initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with customers and local community
- Manage expense and payroll control
- Utilize reporting to maximize district efficiencies and strategies
