Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit management experience in quick service restaurants
  • Ability to lead multiple locations and manage diverse teams
  • Proficient in financial management including budget oversight and cost control
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work in the Jackson, MS area
  • Self-directed with strong motivation to achieve results
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
  • Hands-on leadership approach with willingness to engage directly in operations
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and maintain cost controls
  • Capable of identifying opportunities and creating actionable plans

Job Duties

  • Oversee total operations and P&L performance of 5-8 restaurants
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Ensure compliance with company operating standards and procedures
  • Analyze financial reports to optimize profits and control costs
  • Identify opportunity areas and develop strategic action plans
  • Coach managers and restaurant teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with corporate leadership to implement brand initiatives
