Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3-5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • proven track record of successful team leadership and operational management
  • strong understanding of financial and budgetary principles
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to travel frequently between locations
  • knowledge of applicable health, safety, and labor regulations

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operational challenges

  • knowledge of labor laws, health regulations, and safety protocols
  • ability to travel between locations
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple Wingstop locations within the district
  • ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • monitor and maintain high operational standards including food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units
  • identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • utilize company tools and resources to mentor and coach managers
  • manage district budgets including sales, labor, and food costs to ensure profitability
  • control cash, inventory, property, and equipment at each location
  • implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve cost efficiencies
  • recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff across all locations
  • foster a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes team collaboration and excellence
  • conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement plans for continuous improvement
  • develop future leaders by providing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities
  • monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • ensure smooth communication between corporate teams and on-site managers
  • review and approve staffing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties
