Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3-5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- proven track record of successful team leadership and operational management
- strong understanding of financial and budgetary principles
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to travel frequently between locations
- knowledge of applicable health, safety, and labor regulations

- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations for multiple Wingstop locations within the district
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- monitor and maintain high operational standards including food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units
- identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- utilize company tools and resources to mentor and coach managers
- manage district budgets including sales, labor, and food costs to ensure profitability
- control cash, inventory, property, and equipment at each location
- implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve cost efficiencies
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff across all locations
- foster a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes team collaboration and excellence
- conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement plans for continuous improvement
- develop future leaders by providing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities
- monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- ensure smooth communication between corporate teams and on-site managers
- review and approve staffing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties
