Job Requirements

- Previous experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Ability to work 50 hours or more per week
- Willingness to be available 24/7 for support
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
- Train and develop employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
- Provide coaching and career development for restaurant managers
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvement strategies
- Be available 24/7 to support teams as needed
- Offer insight and suggestions to help the company progress
