Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years experience in retail multi-store management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Proven financial management skills including budget and expense control
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work varied and non-traditional hours
  • Minimum of three years driving experience
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and MVR check

  • Minimum of three years managing multi-store retail operations
  • Proven leadership in building and leading teams
  • Experience in financial management including budgeting and P&L
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Track record of business growth and customer engagement
  • Ability to work varied hours and flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of Area Managers and hourly staff to provide exceptional inventory service
  • Drive financial success through budget planning, expense control, scheduling, and P&L management
  • Build and develop high-performing teams by training and mentoring talent
  • Increase business opportunities and customer satisfaction through engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with district and field partners to grow talent and expand business footprint

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment
