Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years experience in retail multi-store management
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Proven financial management skills including budget and expense control
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied and non-traditional hours
- Minimum of three years driving experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and MVR check
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of three years managing multi-store retail operations
- Proven leadership in building and leading teams
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and P&L
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Track record of business growth and customer engagement
- Ability to work varied hours and flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of Area Managers and hourly staff to provide exceptional inventory service
- Drive financial success through budget planning, expense control, scheduling, and P&L management
- Build and develop high-performing teams by training and mentoring talent
- Increase business opportunities and customer satisfaction through engagement strategies
- Collaborate with district and field partners to grow talent and expand business footprint
