Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and office locations as needed
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, grills
- Ability to use keyboard and computer
- Ability to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to complete multiple tasks within timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to change productively
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- College degree
- Three to four years' experience as district manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to travel within assigned district
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Solid talent and performance-management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee operations for five to eight Wendy's store units
- Coordinate activities and develop professional abilities of unit management staff
- Enforce business processes related to financial controls, operational metrics, and standards
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across all stores
- Represent the company in community affairs
- Participate in initiatives led by the Director of Area Operations
- Maintain a positive dining experience for customers
