Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing field teams or part-time workforces
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned district
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work split shifts Sunday through Thursday
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Background check clearance

  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and staff effectively
  • Experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Proficient in using technology for operations and reporting
  • Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities
  • Provide direction and oversight for 15-25 part-time Service Valets
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard Service Valets
  • Provide on-call support to Service Valets and communities during specified hours
  • Ensure daily completion of doorstep trash and recycling pick-up
  • Inspect properties regularly for compliance and quality
  • Maintain cooperative relationships and communication with property staff
