Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing field teams or part-time workforces
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned district
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work split shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check clearance

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and staff effectively
- Experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Proficient in using technology for operations and reporting
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Manage total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities
- Provide direction and oversight for 15-25 part-time Service Valets
- Recruit, hire, and onboard Service Valets
- Provide on-call support to Service Valets and communities during specified hours
- Ensure daily completion of doorstep trash and recycling pick-up
- Inspect properties regularly for compliance and quality
- Maintain cooperative relationships and communication with property staff
