Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role preferably in service delivery or property management
  • Ability to work a split schedule including early mornings and late evenings
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive up to 50% of the workday
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop part-time staff
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with safety policies and procedures
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities and oversee 15-25 part-time Service Valets
  • Recruit, hire and onboard Service Valets
  • Provide on-call support to Service Valets and communities during scheduled morning and evening shifts
  • Ensure daily and nightly completion of resident door-step trash and recycling pickup
  • Regularly inspect properties for resident and Service Valet compliance
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through daily site visits and immediate response to concerns
  • Comply with and promote all safety policies and procedures and report incidents
  • Deliver daily Valet Reports to designated property staff
  • Keep timely and accurate customer, associate, and operational records
  • Facilitate associate development through coaching and training opportunities
  • Lead new community launches including container distributions
  • Manage inventory supplies by visiting warehouse as needed
  • Drive to properties within the assigned district up to 50% of the workday
