Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience as a District Manager
  • Four years of restaurant management experience
  • Preferably two years of District Manager experience within quick-service restaurant
  • Six years of restaurant management experience in quick-service restaurants
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to company core values

Job Qualifications

  • Four years of restaurant management experience
  • Preferably two years of District Manager experience within quick-service restaurants
  • Six years of restaurant management experience in QSR
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with operational metrics such as sales, labor, and cost controls
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding company core values

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise
  • Connect with restaurants as needed to discuss Daily Business Review Status
  • Ensure restaurants are staffed at all levels and are scheduled effectively
  • Support training and development programs including safety procedures, product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service
  • Oversee restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
  • Develop and mentor management staff to foster high performance and employee engagement
  • Act as liaison between restaurants and support center to ensure strong communication
