Job Duties

  • lead a team of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
  • train and develop employees to meet company goals and procedures
  • oversee restaurant operations to ensure compliance with company standards
  • provide continuous coaching and support to restaurant managers
  • monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • be available to assist with customer satisfaction issues 24/7
  • foster a positive work environment and motivate teams to achieve targets
