Job Requirements
- One year experience as a District Manager
- four years restaurant management experience
- preferably two years District Manager experience in quick service restaurant industry
- six years restaurant management experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- leadership capabilities
- ability to manage multiple teams
- commitment to customer service excellence
- willingness to travel as needed

- At least one year of experience as a District Manager
- four years of restaurant management experience
- preferably two years of experience as a District Manager within QSR
- six years of restaurant management experience preferred
- familiarity with providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise
- connect with restaurants as needed to discuss Daily Business Review status
- ensure restaurants are staffed at all levels and scheduled effectively
- support training and development programs including safety procedures, product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service
- oversee restaurant operations including cost control and guest relations
- develop top talent within restaurant management teams
- act as liaison between team and support center ensuring strong communication
