Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage operations and profit and loss of 5 to 8 restaurants
  • lead and develop restaurant management teams
  • ensure consistent adherence to company operating standards
  • analyze financial statements and control budgets
  • coach staff through hands-on leadership
  • identify operational challenges and develop improvement plans
  • maintain strong communication with corporate leadership and restaurant teams
