Job Requirements
- Relocatable to the Salt Lake City, UT area
- Five years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
- Knowledge of functional support areas including human resources, training, marketing, finance, and development
- Ability to manage and direct teams
- Passion for training and development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Motivated to drive operational excellence

Job Duties
- Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams
- Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention
- Support training and development of management team members
- Oversee operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants
- Manage daily sales, marketing plans, and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
- Serve as liaison between sports bars and support center for communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas
