Job Requirements

  • Relocatable to the Salt Lake City, UT area
  • Five years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
  • Knowledge of functional support areas including human resources, training, marketing, finance, and development
  • Ability to manage and direct teams
  • Passion for training and development
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Motivated to drive operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams
  • Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention
  • Support training and development of management team members
  • Oversee operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants
  • Manage daily sales, marketing plans, and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
  • Serve as liaison between sports bars and support center for communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas
