Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Minimum six years restaurant operations experience
- At least three years multi-unit management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Willingness to travel 50 percent of the time
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
- Leadership experience in talent management and performance coaching
- Ability to analyze and interpret restaurant performance metrics
- Commitment to upholding food safety and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Minimum of six years of experience in restaurant operations
- At least three years of multi-unit store management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including talent management and succession planning
- Strong analytical skills including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Job Duties
- Exemplify Tasty Chick'n's Guiding Values while developing high-performing Restaurant General Managers through effective selection, training, retention, and recognition of A+ talent
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of talent through effective succession planning and best practices
- Execute the Performance Management process to ensure employee success and accountability
- Collaborate with People Services to maintain legal compliance and address employee relations needs
- Partner with People Excellence to achieve certified training units
- Establish and implement regular restaurant visits focusing on coaching and recognition
- Foster a customer-focused culture resolving issues and training managers to exceed service standards
- Coach and enforce adherence to core operational procedures using OSM and Company systems
- Ensure food safety compliance through observation, audits, and ServSafe training
- Implement restaurant-level sales and marketing plans with General Managers
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables, coaching RGMs on corrective actions
- Conduct regular business reviews and contact meetings to close performance gaps
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements
- Share best practices and successes across the company to promote continuous improvement
