Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets
- Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze operations and implement improvements

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of 5-8 restaurants within the district
- Oversee financial performance including budget management and profit optimization
- Lead and develop restaurant managers and staff through hands-on coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategic plans
- Monitor and control restaurant expenses and labor costs
- Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement across the district
