Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
- Ability to get hands-on and coach teams effectively
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Capability to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
- Proven experience managing budgets and cost controls
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee total operations and financial performance of 5-8 restaurants
- Manage staff and ensure adherence to operating standards
- Develop and implement action plans to improve restaurant performance
- Monitor budgets and control costs to optimize profits
- Provide hands-on coaching and leadership to restaurant teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and customer satisfaction
