Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
- Hands-on leadership and coaching skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed with result orientation
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills
- Ability to identify opportunity areas and create actionable plans
- Proven budgeting and cost control experience
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit management experience in a regional or national quick service restaurant concept
- Demonstrated hands-on coaching and leadership abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and cost controls
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop action plans
Job Duties
- Oversee total operations and profit and loss for 5 to 8 restaurant locations
- Manage staff performance and development
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and company policies
- Develop and implement action plans to improve financial and operational performance
- Coach and support general managers and restaurant teams
- Control budgets and optimize cost management to maximize profits
- Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
