Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
  • Hands-on leadership and coaching skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with result orientation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills
  • Ability to identify opportunity areas and create actionable plans
  • Proven budgeting and cost control experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit management experience in a regional or national quick service restaurant concept
  • Demonstrated hands-on coaching and leadership abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and cost controls
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop action plans

Job Duties

  • Oversee total operations and profit and loss for 5 to 8 restaurant locations
  • Manage staff performance and development
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and company policies
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve financial and operational performance
  • Coach and support general managers and restaurant teams
  • Control budgets and optimize cost management to maximize profits
  • Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
