Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available 24/7 to support restaurant teams
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Valid driver's license
- Strong commitment to professionalism and positive leadership
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail or restaurant management
- Strong ability to train and develop employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 50 hours or more per week
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple locations is preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team comprised of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants to achieve operational excellence
- Train and develop employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
- Manage and coach restaurant teams for optimal performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support 24/7 when needed
- Monitor restaurant operations and implement improvements
- Foster leadership development among employees
- Provide insights and suggestions to help the company progress
