Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available 24/7 to support restaurant teams
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and positive leadership

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or restaurant management
  • Strong ability to train and develop employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 50 hours or more per week
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple locations is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead a team comprised of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants to achieve operational excellence
  • Train and develop employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
  • Manage and coach restaurant teams for optimal performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support 24/7 when needed
  • Monitor restaurant operations and implement improvements
  • Foster leadership development among employees
  • Provide insights and suggestions to help the company progress
