- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in multi-unit restaurants preferred
- availability to work 50 hours or more weekly
- ability to be on call 24/7
- strong leadership and motivational skills

Job Duties
- lead and oversee operations of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
- train and develop all employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
- manage team performance to achieve company standards
- provide 24/7 support for operational issues
- promote employee growth and leadership development
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- provide insights and suggestions for company improvement
