Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in multi-unit restaurants preferred
  • availability to work 50 hours or more weekly
  • ability to be on call 24/7
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • self-motivated and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in multi-unit management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and develop teams
  • experience in fast-food or retail management preferred
  • knowledge of operational standards and procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours and be available as needed
  • high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee operations of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
  • train and develop all employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
  • manage team performance to achieve company standards
  • provide 24/7 support for operational issues
  • promote employee growth and leadership development
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • provide insights and suggestions for company improvement
