Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years district manager or multi-unit management experience
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
- Flexibility to work any days or shifts as required
- Successfully undergo background check per local laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent with all required state and federal documentation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented and customer service focused
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years district manager or multi-unit management experience in high volume fast food or quick casual concepts
- Proven track record of managing financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety, and customer service programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Results oriented and customer service focused
- Previous Wendy's district manager experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's restaurant locations including staffing and training
- Manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for assigned districts
- Create and manage budgets for each restaurant location
- Ensure food safety procedures comply with company policies and health regulations and implement corrective actions when needed
- Interview, hire, cross-train, and discipline general managers and staff as necessary
- Conduct regular visits to assigned stores to review quality, cleanliness, and daily operations
- Collaborate with the Director of Area Operations to align district goals with corporate objectives
