Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
  • Proven ability to coach and lead teams hands-on
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a results-oriented approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and creating actionable plans
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and costs
  • Willingness to work in the Mobile, AL area

  • Develop and lead restaurant management teams

  • Create and implement plans to identify and improve opportunity areas
  • Control budgets and optimize cost management
  • Coach managers through hands-on leadership
  • Drive overall district financial performance and success
