Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in quick service restaurants
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple restaurant locations simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Oversee total operations and profit and loss management of 5-8 quick service restaurants
  • Ensure adherence to company operational standards across all locations
  • Manage and develop restaurant staff through hands-on coaching and leadership
  • Identify opportunity areas and develop strategic plans for improvement
  • Monitor and control budgets to optimize financial performance
  • Drive results through problem-solving and effective team motivation
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with brand standards
