Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in quick service restaurants
- Ability to lead and manage multiple restaurant locations simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven financial acumen managing budgets and P&L

- Ability to develop staff and maintain operational standards

Job Duties
- Oversee total operations and profit and loss management of 5-8 quick service restaurants
- Ensure adherence to company operational standards across all locations
- Manage and develop restaurant staff through hands-on coaching and leadership
- Identify opportunity areas and develop strategic plans for improvement
- Monitor and control budgets to optimize financial performance
- Drive results through problem-solving and effective team motivation
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with brand standards
