Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and build teams

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • Teach and practice standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • Consistently live hospitality in every instance
  • Lead by example by maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
  • Ensure quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforced
  • Follow and maintain standardized portion control guidelines
  • Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control cost of sales and labor
  • Maximize productivity without compromising quality standards
  • Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
  • Immediately address critical violations on inspections and provide corrective action
  • Ensure regular health and safety inspections and resolve ongoing issues
  • Enthusiastically meet guests' needs, special requests, and resolve guest complaints with commitment
  • Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
  • Coordinate opening and closing activities in a timely and safe manner
  • Complete all operational checklists daily
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed
  • Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely
  • Resolve conflicts and improve team members performance constructively and according to policies
  • Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet proficiently
  • Successfully complete motor vehicle, background checks, and drug screening
  • Travel daily to multiple restaurant locations
  • Oversee store operations with flexibility in varied hours and days
  • Stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
  • Reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop regularly
  • Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Access all areas of the restaurant freely
