Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
  • Multi-unit/multi-site leadership experience in contract food management or large scale food service operations
  • Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
  • Strong financial acumen in Profit/Loss management across multiple sites
  • Experience leading large teams in a district environment
  • Focus on new business growth and retention
  • Willingness to relocate within the region if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in K-12/Student Nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience of 5-10 years including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
  • Broad knowledge of management practices and business judgment
  • Strong leadership skills with client/consumer interaction experience
  • Ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven success in repeatable business models, including leading change and turnaround initiatives
  • Advanced degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units
  • Oversee execution of food and nutrition programs in K-12 school districts
  • Manage growth, cost, and productivity across the district
  • Lead and motivate large teams to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Establish operational management and financial performance accountability
  • Coach and mentor employees, recognizing and developing talent
  • Build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Manage revenues and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Implement corporate management agenda for labor and financial initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage and hour regulations
  • Guarantee consistent application of Aramark's operating standards
  • Facilitate new business growth and retention activities
  • Lead team meetings and promote communication
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all operations
