Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years hotel general manager experience
1+ years experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on hotel General Manager experience
1+ years experience in marketing, outside sales, and/or business development
Proven team development and leadership background
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Multilingual - English/Spanish preferred
CHA certification preferred

Job Duties

Revenue and budget administration and control
Analysis of profit and loss statements and general ledger
Motivating hotel team members including hiring and training general managers
Guiding hotel disciplinary concerns
Building relationships with vendors and community organizations to sustain revenue growth
