Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license in good standing
  • proof of insurance and access to private transportation
  • access to a working phone line
  • consent to background screening including criminal and drug tests
  • willing to travel for business
  • basic computer skills
  • experience in multi-unit management preferred
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or relevant 3+ years experience in multi-unit management
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • district management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certificate
  • strong leadership ability
  • good communication skills
  • analytical skills related to financials and operations
  • knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • ability to motivate diverse staff
  • self-discipline and initiative
  • able to make decisions under pressure

Job Duties

  • keep employees motivated
  • resolve conflicts effectively
  • make hard decisions
  • coordinate visits across multiple stores
  • complete all above-restaurant managerial tasks
  • control budgets and costs including labor and inventory
  • analyze profit and loss statements and sales data
  • provide guidance to improve store performance

  • plan work calendar to meet company routines
  • maintain food safety and brand standards
  • write reports and communicate with senior management
