Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license in good standing
- proof of insurance and access to private transportation
- access to a working phone line
- consent to background screening including criminal and drug tests
- willing to travel for business
- basic computer skills
- experience in multi-unit management preferred
- ServSafe certification required
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or relevant 3+ years experience in multi-unit management
- prior experience in restaurant management
- district management experience preferred
- ServSafe certificate
- strong leadership ability
- good communication skills
- analytical skills related to financials and operations
- knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- ability to motivate diverse staff
- self-discipline and initiative
- able to make decisions under pressure
Job Duties
- keep employees motivated
- resolve conflicts effectively

- coordinate visits across multiple stores
- complete all above-restaurant managerial tasks
- control budgets and costs including labor and inventory
- analyze profit and loss statements and sales data
- provide guidance to improve store performance
- coach and develop restaurant teams
- conduct interviews to hire qualified management candidates
- plan work calendar to meet company routines
- maintain food safety and brand standards
- write reports and communicate with senior management
- promote teamwork and positive work environment
