Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years multi-unit supervisory retail experience
- Prior store manager or high-level management experience within a company
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

- 2+ years of multi-unit supervisory experience in retail
- Prior experience as a store manager or high-level management position
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

Job Duties
- Spend time in stores coaching training and developing store leadership teams
- Ensure execution of merchandising and operational plans and provide feedback
- Meet and exceed district and division sales budgets for sales growth and market share
- Execute and establish accountability for all segments of the company strategy
- Interact with division President to align division priorities with overall company direction
- Work with store leadership to identify and implement solutions for store performance
- Discuss financial performance including budgets and other targeted goals with store leadership
- Achieve return on investment for approved capital projects and identify new opportunities
- Understand the competitive landscape and provide feedback to field merchandisers
- Partner with field staff to achieve department goals and ensure communication and execution of corporate plans
- Provide feedback on merchandising operations training HR and change management initiatives
- Promote strong store relationships with the community
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership and role model friendly behavior
- Counsel and assist in developing assistant store leaders and associates
- Coach store leaders and identify leadership potential
- Work with HR to recruit hire train develop and evaluate store leadership
- Supervise and coach direct reports completing performance reviews and providing feedback
