Job Requirements

  • a bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
  • multi-unit/multi-site leadership experience in contract food management or large scale food service operations
  • ability to demonstrate Aramark’s value to clients, customers, and employees
  • strong financial acumen particularly in profit/loss environments across multiple units/sites
  • leadership experience managing large teams
  • focus on growth and retention of business
  • willingness to relocate within region if needed

Job Qualifications

  • a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
  • minimum 2-3 years’ experience in K12/student nutrition environment preferred
  • proven leadership experience typically over 5-10 years including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
  • demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices and business judgement
  • confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
  • established communication and teamwork skills at all organizational levels
  • proven success in repeatable business models including leading through change and turnaround initiatives
  • advanced degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units in a large geographic district
  • lead execution of food and nutrition programs in K12 school districts focusing on growth, cost, and productivity
  • manage large teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts
  • coach and mentor employees while rewarding and recognizing talent
  • maintain client relationships to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • build revenue, manage budgets, and maintain P&L statements ensuring financial targets are met
  • lead managers to implement labor and financial initiatives ensuring operational efficiency
  • ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage regulations across all units
