Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain passing Serv Safe Certification within the first 90 days
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods
  • Must maintain active Serv Safe certification
  • Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation unless provided by company

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
  • Proficient in basic computer and writing skills
  • Ability to fluently speak and read English
  • Advanced math and fiscal management skills
  • Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
  • Facilitation and presentation skills preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
  • Effective time management skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans
  • Ensure training tools and brand standards are utilized and maintained
  • Create and maintain a positive, people-first culture in the restaurants
  • Monitor training progress and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Lead team meetings to communicate operational information
  • Identify and control costs to maintain budgets and support profitability
  • Coach management teams on sales, marketing, labor, and food costs
  • Develop action plans for seasonal forecasting and new product rollouts
  • Resolve guest concerns following brand-recommended recovery processes
  • Set and maintain personal and team performance standards
  • Identify and implement solutions to operational issues
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork
  • Create individual development plans and provide coaching and feedback
  • Analyze business trends and manage key financial measures
  • Communicate organizational goals and strategies to the team
  • Perform additional assigned functions as needed
