Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from a four year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
  • Multi-unit/multi-site leadership in contract food management and/or large scale food service operations
  • Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
  • Strong financial acumen particularly in a Profit/Loss environment
  • Leading large teams across a district to deliver exceptional experience
  • Focus on growth of new business and retention of current business
  • Willingness to relocate within region if needed

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in K12/Student Nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience including P&L responsibility within the food and beverage industries
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices
  • Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
  • Established communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven success in repeatable business model and leading through change and turnaround initiatives
  • Advanced degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units
  • Model key leadership behaviors and ensure highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence
  • Coach and mentor employees to achieve shared goals
  • Reward and recognize employees and develop team members
  • Plan and lead team management meetings
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Build revenue and manage budgets with sensitivity to costs and client needs
