Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years of hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
  • One plus years experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development
  • Proven team development and leadership background
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Multilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred

Job Duties

  • Revenue and budget administration and control
  • Analysis of profit and loss and general ledger statements
  • Motivating hotel team members, including hiring General Managers
  • Guiding hotel disciplinary concerns
  • Training and developing team members
  • Building relationships with vendors, Chamber of Commerce, and Visitors Bureaus
  • Sustaining revenue growth and account retention
