- You have 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
- You have a general knowledge of functional support areas including human resources, training, marketing, finance, and development
- You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties
- Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams
- Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention
- Support training and development of management team members
- Oversee daily sales and marketing plans for multiple restaurant locations
- Manage operational costs including goods sold and labor
- Serve as a liaison between restaurants and support center to ensure clear communication of initiatives
- Enhance guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction
