Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in multi-unit retail management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet business goals
  • Clean driving license
  • Ability to travel up to 80% and occasionally overnight
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Adaptability to changing work environments
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 75 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, management or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of general manager experience in multi-unit retail environment
  • Proven experience in team management and development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail or restaurant operations
  • Experience analyzing financial reports in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Achieve business results through leadership and organizational planning
  • Analyze and manage financial results to maximize profits
  • Monitor progress towards region goals and assign employees accordingly
  • Ensure clubs are open, staffed appropriately, clean, and equipment is working
  • Provide strong leadership, motivation, and communication to the team
  • Audit employee training and report findings
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
