Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of management experience
- 7 years of functional experience in food service
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
- Demonstrated success in service improvement and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Open to relocation
- Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and labor expenses
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years management experience
- Minimum of 7 years functional experience in food service operations
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Proficiency with food service technology platforms and operational systems
Job Duties
- Provide interim leadership and operational oversight for food service operations across campus accounts, ensuring continuity and high performance during periods of transition
- Lead, support, and develop on-site leadership and frontline teams, fostering a culture focused on safety, quality, and exceptional customer experience
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with campus and client leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Drive operational excellence in areas such as inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control to meet client expectations and Sodexo business objectives
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure profitability and contractual compliance
