Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of management experience
  • 7 years of functional experience in food service
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Demonstrated success in service improvement and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
  • Open to relocation
  • Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and labor expenses

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years management experience
  • Minimum of 7 years functional experience in food service operations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
  • Proficiency with food service technology platforms and operational systems

Job Duties

  • Provide interim leadership and operational oversight for food service operations across campus accounts, ensuring continuity and high performance during periods of transition
  • Lead, support, and develop on-site leadership and frontline teams, fostering a culture focused on safety, quality, and exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with campus and client leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Drive operational excellence in areas such as inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control to meet client expectations and Sodexo business objectives
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure profitability and contractual compliance
