  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years management experience
  • Minimum 7 years functional experience in food and beverage or related operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% nationally

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across the account portfolio
  • Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement
  • Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo's chef-driven, people-first philosophy
  • Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies
  • Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience
