Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years management experience
Minimum 7 years functional experience in food and beverage or related operations
Valid driver’s license
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% nationally

Job Duties

Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across the account portfolio
Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement
Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo's chef-driven, people-first philosophy
Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies
Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience
