Job Requirements

  • 7 years management experience
  • 7 years functional experience

  • ability to travel up to 25% in the US

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across the account portfolio
  • drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement
  • build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo's chef-driven, people-first philosophy
  • ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies
  • develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
  • collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience
