Job Duties
- Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across the account portfolio
- drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement
- build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
- champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo's chef-driven, people-first philosophy
- ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies
- develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth
- oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience
