Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years district management experience in the QSR industry
- experience supervising Restaurant General Managers for multiple units
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- ability to develop and execute sales-building strategies
- demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- proficiency in Word and Excel
- strong communication skills
- capability to perform all job duties in the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years district management experience in the QSR industry
- proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units
- BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- strong financial management skills
- excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to perform all restaurant position duties
Job Duties
- Increase sales and profits through financial management
- provide leadership and support to Restaurant General Managers
- enforce company policies, practices, and procedures
- develop creative and targeted sales-building strategies
- ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
- manage multiple restaurant units effectively
- perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant when needed
