Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience as multi-unit regional manager in the food and beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role
- ability to build, hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff
- in-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles such as supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, human resources
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- prior experience with baking/bakery equipment/commercial kitchen equipment a plus

Job Duties
- develop and execute regional support strategies that achieve each store's financial, operational and customer-service goals while thinking outside the box to address each store's unique strengths and challenges
- provide expertise on customer service challenges, team staffing, store operations and company policies and procedures
- assist in effectively managing labor in conjunction with director of workforce planning, regional support team and store operations managers
- hire, retain and coach diverse part-time hourly staff
- analyze financial reports and store performance metrics to drive improvements
- collaborate with marketing and community outreach teams to enhance brand presence
- ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards
