Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience managing 4 or more kitchen locations
  • Solid culinary skills and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up to 75 percent of the work week
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time in a hybrid-remote role
  • Willingness to travel out of state as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience managing 4 or more kitchen locations
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens and locations
  • Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers
  • Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards
