Job Requirements

  • minimum 10 years prior management experience in the facility services field including operations management
  • demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage regional operations
  • strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
  • effective communication and presentation skills
  • flexibility to travel approximately 25%
  • ability to work a hybrid schedule with flexibility for weekends and holidays
  • commitment to compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • ability to handle multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 10 years management experience in facility services including operations management
  • strong knowledge of facility services industry and market dynamics
  • proficiency in accounting and finance including budget development and monitoring
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • proficiency with computer applications including spreadsheets
  • experience in sales methodology and consultative selling
  • knowledge of compliance regulations and company policies
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • plan provide and lead overall direction in a geographic region with a specific focus on facility services
  • collaborate with regional and market operations leaders to ensure quality services and budget compliance
  • drive service excellence and customer retention
  • develop strategies for customer retention and new account acquisition
  • ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and industry best practices
  • foster effective working relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly
  • evaluate service performance and recommend improvements
  • maintain positive employee relations and provide leadership
  • monitor compliance with federal state and local regulations and company policies
  • oversee audits and correct identified issues
