Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years District Manager or Multi-Unit Manager experience in high volume fast food or quick casual concepts
- Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to relocate to the Buffalo area with potential relocation assistance
- Proven track record in financial management, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety, and voice of the customer program
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Access to private transportation
- Flexibility to work any days and shifts required
- Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug tests
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making
- Results oriented and customer service focused
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations such as staffing, full profit and loss management, training and development
- Create and manage budgets for assigned stores
- Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company policies and health regulations and take corrective actions as necessary
- Interview, hire, cross-train and discipline General Managers and staff as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
- Coordinate with and report performance to senior management
- Drive customer satisfaction and financial performance across all locations
