Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years District Manager or Multi-Unit Manager experience in high volume fast food or quick casual concepts
  • Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to the Buffalo area with potential relocation assistance
  • Proven track record in financial management, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety, and voice of the customer program
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Access to private transportation
  • Flexibility to work any days and shifts required
  • Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug tests
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making
  • Results oriented and customer service focused

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with all required legal documents
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Results-oriented and customer service focused

Job Duties

  • Oversee operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations such as staffing, full profit and loss management, training and development
  • Create and manage budgets for assigned stores
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company policies and health regulations and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Interview, hire, cross-train and discipline General Managers and staff as needed
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
  • Coordinate with and report performance to senior management
  • Drive customer satisfaction and financial performance across all locations
